Kenya travel (Tourist) Visa
A visa is required prior to entry into Kenya with the exception of those who fall
under the categories indicated below. Visas are usually issued valid for six months
from the date of issue. Visas are issued within 10 working days from date of application
and 12-16 working days during the peak season of May - August. For more information

Kenya Visa Requirements
(I) Valid passport with sufficient number of unused pages for endorsements abroad.
(II) Passport must be signed and valid for at least six months.
(III)
Visa application form duly completed and signed by the applicant.
(IV) Two recent passport size photographs attached to the application form.
(V) Valid
round trip ticket or a letter from your travel agent certifying that the applicant
holds prepaid arrangements.
(VI) A self-addressed stamped envelope for express mail, courier, registered mail, etc.,
if the visa is urgently required.

(I) Multiple entry visa: US$ 100
(II)
Single Journey visa: US$ 50(III)
Transit visa (issued at port of entry into Kenya): US$ 20
(IV) Referred visa fee: US$ 10
Health
Immunization against typhoid, yellow fever and cholera are recommended.
Anti- Malaria Pills should be taken particularly if the visitors will be traveling
to the Western and Coastal regions of Kenya .

Nationalities of the following Commonwealth countries do not require visa to enter
Kenya;
Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Cyprus, Dominica, Fiji Island, Gambia, Grenada, Grenadines, Ghana, Eriteria, Ethiopia,Jamaica
Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Maldives, Namibia, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, St. Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Samoa, Seychelles, Singapore, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad & Tobago, Tuvalu, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe, Zambia.
Applications from nationals of the following countries will be referred to Nairobi for approval: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Senegal, Somalia, Stateless persons, Sudan, Tajikistan and North Yemen.
Pet Requirements
License for pets is required.
A request letter providing the importer's
name and address.
The pet's name.
Current Health Certificate from the Veterinary Doctor.
The fee is US$ 50.00 payable to Kenya Embassy.
A return self-addressed envelope, prepaid certified, express or registered mail.
