The park possesses a series of four caves, all of which are accessible. Rubies of unmatched grandiose, the natural beauty of the peaks of Mt.Elgon on the Kenya side are like two emerald diamonds lit in the darkness. This is best seen from the Endebess Bluff uphill that leads to an exceptional view of the area. There are three campsites with jungle surroundings. In the Suam River, fishermen are seen not heard, a reason why you should bring along some hooks and bait.

Besides game viewing and Bird Watching ; cave exploration and short nature trails to the Elephant Buff jolt the nerves of visitors looking for a bit of hard spirit. Adventure seekers will find Koitoboss, the highest peak of Mt. Elgon an uphill task necessitating a fresh pair of legs and a big heart. Camping and picnic facilities lie unused. The chilling yet crispy sensation felt when taking nature walks save you the trip to the theatre and actually create a reverberating musical atmosphere from thin air.

Access to Mt.Elgon

Trans-Nzoia district in the Kenya-Uganda border in the Rift Valley Province , Kitale offers accessibility. The Endebess route offers an entry point but there is an airport in the park to serve the visitors who’d rather fly.
