Nairobi National Park
The Nairobi national park is one of its kind, being the only park situated in a
capital city in the world.

The Nairobi National Park covers an estimated area of 117 km2 housing a successful
project of the rhino sanctuary that has generated a stock for re-introduction into
other sanctuaries. The park was founded in 1942 by the colonial government and plays
host to inhabiting as well as migratory birds passing through the park during late
march through April. One should also expect to find the big game in the park, which
follow their prey during the great migration of wildebeests and herbivores.
