Conference Options

Conference options include:

• Full board conference - where participants stay at that hotel/venue for the duration of the conference. This means they will also have their 3 meals included in the package.
• A half board conference -where participants stay that the venue but the package does not include dinner. The participants will usually pay for their own dinner.
• A day conference where participants they attend every day and leave at the end of the day

A typical full board conference package will include the following:

• • One soft drink during lunch & dinner
• • Complimentary use of the conference room
• • TV & Video
• • Pens and note pads
• • Flip chart board and paper
• • Overhead projector and screen
• • 1 litre of mineral water per day

Other facilities offered for purposes of a conference but usually at an extra cost include printing and photocopying services and group wireless internet connectivity or other type of internet. It is important to note that many conference venues will rent out the LCD projector for a reasonable fee charged per day, but have no objection if you want to bring your own.
